The visitors to the Královehradecký district find our U splavu Hotel right at the bank of the river Divoká Orlice, near the centre of the town Kostelec nad Orlicí, in a calm and picturesque valley of recreation and sport "Pod Strání". Throughout the year, we offer a comfortable accommodation in single, double and three-bed en suite rooms and apartments for four people with extra bed upon request. All of the rooms and apartments are situated on the first floor of the hotel where there is a splendid view of the river or down the valley. In the restaurant our guests can choose from a wide range of food and beverages that is extended during a summer season. The town of Kostelec nad Orlicí is located 30 km eastwards from Hradec Králové, at the foothills of Orlické mountains and above the fluvial plain of the river Divoká Orlice. You might find interesting, among others, the Nový castle, built in the Empire style, with the palace garden that belongs among the largest and most valuable natural landscaping parks in the whole area. Castles in Potštejn and Litice or those in Častolovice, Rychnov nad Kněžnou and Opočno are also frequently visited places as well as are the Museum of F. L. Věk in Dobruška or the Lace Museum in Vamberk.

Příjemný personál, vstřícný a ochotný poradit.Stav vybavení je průměrný ceně odpovídající, přesto mohu vřele doporučit pro rekreační pobyt se velmi hodí.

Hotel U Splavu v Kostelci nad Orlicí lze jen doporučit jako místo pro ideální dovolenou u nás. Ubytování je zde v poměru k ceně na velice dobré úrovni (a ocenit je též třeba možnost připlatit si za 60 Kč snídani). Kdybych se někdy v budoucnosti pohyboval v této oblasti, určitě ho navštívím. Výhodou je také to, že Hotel U Splavu je umístěn v blízkosti železniční trati, takže je poměrně rychle dostupný.

Hotel by potřeboval trochu více čistoty,sem tam nějakou opravu,kapající kohoutky apod.Rychlejší personál nebo možná více personálu.
