City Hotel provides tranquil and peaceful accommodation in the tourist centre. It is located within walking distance from the Wenceslas Square, I.P.Pavlova metro station or Náměstí Míru (Peace Square); therefore all sights that Prague offers are within reach. Royal Vinohrady is a beautiful part of Prague 2, favoured by tourists. The hotel is situated a 15 minute walk from the Wenceslas Square. The majority of buildings in this quiet and nice area was built in the second half of the 19th century. The buildings are dominated by St. Ludmila Cathedral, Vinohrady Theatre and National House. The area offers a fabulous choice of cafés, bars and restaurants with various cuisines. Historic sights, stunning Prague architecture and shops are only a few steps away from the hotel. Culture lovers will find numerous opportunities such as the Vinohrady Theatre that is located 5 minutes from the hotel by foot. Velmi prostorne pokoje, na recepci jsme byli vzdy s usmevem obslouzeni, pokoje byli vzdy ciste a po nasem prichodu uklizene. Radi zase prijedeme. V 9.30 uz chybelo u snidane maslo, pecivo nebylo vzdy cerstve. Koberce v pokojich nedelaji cisty dojem.

In den 4 Tagen wurden nicht 1x die Handtücher gewechselt.In der Toilete lief das Wasser im kleinen Waschbecken praktisch nicht, offenbar wegen komplette Verkalkung. Auch die Wasserhäne im Bad waren komplet verkalkt. Bei Betten wurde nur die Bettdecke glatt gelegt aber die Bettlacken wurden nicht glatt gemacht. Es wurde auch in den Tagen NICHT der Fußboden sauber gemacht(Gefegt oder gesaugt!)

Personál byl celkem vstřícný a ochotný pomoci při řešení problému. Líbila se nám poloha hotelu a prostor na pokoji, vzhledem k ceně velmi dobré. Velmi nespokojeni jsme byli s kvalitou snídaně. V tomto ohledu je opravdu co zlepšovat. Katastrofální a doslova nepoživatelná byla káva. Rovněž pečivo nebylo čerstvé a kvalita ostatních surovin všelijaká. Rovněž úklid na pokoji byl proveden jen tak napůl. Mini televize na pokojích a hubená nabídka programů rovněž neodpovídá dnešním možnostem v dané cenové relaci.

Ocenil jsem prostorný pokoj a velmi milý personál . v nočních hodinách je možný vstup jen kartu a není funkční recepce.

Kostel sv. Ludmily na Vinohradech (in the distance of 0.43 km)
