The HOTEL Residence ROMANZA, which is part of this hotel chain, is newly opened in the centre of Mariánské Lázně. This luxury four-star hotel is in a romantic environment, with wonderful views and offers its services to lovers of various sports: golf, cycling, hiking, but also relaxation massages, wellness services, and other spa procedures. This architecturally interesting building, opened in Autumn 2005, guarantees above-standard services. Spacious and attractive apartments are fitted with luxury furniture, each one with its own large bathroom, hair dryer, satellite TV, minibar, telephone, and safe. Breakfast takes the form of a buffet, whilst lunch and dinner are waiter served. In our cosy and romantic restaurant guests can choose from traditional Czech and international cuisine, and naturally there is a special menu for those on a diet. There is garage parking in the grounds of the hotel.

V hotelu jsme byli ubytováni s manželem. Ochota, vstřícnost a profesionální přístup personálu naprosto perfektní. Kuchyně výborná. Rozmanitá snídaně i ostatní jídla vynikající. Obsluha v restauraci rychlá, velmi milá. Hotel tichý, příjemný a na úrovni. Pobyt jsme si zde díky krásnému zážitku prodloužili. Mohu jen doporučit.

Restaurace s dobrým jídlem a skvělou obsluhou. Lázeňské služby na přjatelné úrovni. Recepce nekompetentní. Komunikace mezi jednotlivými složkami hotelu nulová.

Chudá snídaně, pokrmy na bufetovém stole jen v symbolickém množství, které se dolpňuje minimálně, nebylo možné dostat pomerančový džus. Chudší nabídka jídel na jídelním lístku u večeře. Pokud chcete výběr, jděte se najíst mimo hotel.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist mangelhaft. Der Herr vom Frühstücksbuffet ist untragbar.
