Nový Pytloun Design Hotel**** s vlastní nekuřáckou SAIKO restaurací se nachází v klidné části města nedaleko centra Liberce. Elegantně zařízené pokoje s originálním designem jsou nekuřácké a poskytují maximální pohodlí a komfort i té nejnáročnější klientele. Samozřejmostí ve vybavení každého pokoje je bezdrátový přístup na internet WiFi 15 Mb/s, satelitní 32“ LCD TV, minibar, čajová konvice/kávovar, trezor, pracovní stůl, žehlicí potřeby, fén, budík, rádio, toaletní potřeby, denně zdarma káva a čaj. Čtyři nadstandardní pokoje vybízí k relaxaci ve vaně se sparkling systémem a sklenkou vína dle vlastního výběru z vinotéky, jež je součástí zařízení pokoje. Hoteloví hosté mohou využít dalších služeb jako je půjčovna DVD, thajské masáže přímo v pokoji, room service 24 hodin denně, zapůjčení laptopu/WiFi adpatéru, WiFi kancelář (tisk dokumentů z pohodlí pokoje), snídaně do pokoje, služba buzení, SOS Drink Assistance, úklid a umytí vozu či doplnění prázdné nádrže. Krásný designový hotel, velmi vkusně zařízený pokoj. Stylova restaurace. Luxusní pokoj ve 3.p bez výtahu a telefonu, nepohodlna postel. Velmi slabé hodnocení personalu, zejmena u snídaně, v 8.h nebyla doplněná káva, vajíčka byla pouze se slaninou, vstřícnost zaměstnancu nulová... Personál by měl projít kurzem komunikace se zakaznikem! Mela jsem být upororněna na pokutu pri kourení na pokoji. O nicem jsem informovana nebyla a pokuta mi byla rovnou nauctovana. Tentokrat jsem byla docela zklamaná.

Cestuji hodně, navštívil jsem již mnoho hotelů. Ubytování je na vysoké úrovni, nabídky služeb mi vzhledem ke krátké době vyhovovala. Personál je velmi příjemný, i když musí občas řešit nepříjemné nařízení - blokace kreditní kartou, s tím se setkávám zřídka. Restaurace na úrovni, doporučoval bych však rozšířit sortiment. Kuchyně byla výborná, ale v ten večer jsem neměl zrovna chuť na speciality asijské kuchyně, ale vše bylo připraveno výtečně.

perfektní lokalita a dostupnost,super parking,klidné prostředí,vynikající netradiční kuchyně, která však ne vždy měla k dispozici plnou nabídku.určitě doporučuji!

Hotel velmi hezký, pokoj byl sice menší, ale velmi komfortní. Mohu jen doporučit.
