S pobytem v hotelu jsme byli spokojeni i s personálem.Na televizy chyběly bez omluvy programy / ČT 1 a Nova/, v koupelně tekla odněkud na zem voda. Zato restaurace nebyla v pořádku, Neměli základní suroviny - brambory, cibuli a vůbec vepřové maso při večeři Cibuli nahrazovali houbami. Palačinky byly připálené. Další dny už jsme se do restaurace neopovážili.

Velmi profesionální, vstřícný a příjemný přístup personálu dotváří celkový dojem z krásného a komfortního prostředí hotelu. Oceňuji i perfektní čistotu a dokonale ustlané pohodlné postele. Opravdu místo, kam se člověk rád vrací. Můžu jen doporučit.

Do Hranic se vracíme téměř každý rok, v hotelu Zlatý orel jsme bydleli poprvé, ale určitě ne naposled.Ve srovnání s dalšími hotely nebo penziony ve městě a okolí byl jednoznačně nejlepší. Zejména chceme ocenit přístup personálu a to jak v recepci, tak v restauraci. Tam můžeme porovnat s létem 2009, kdy jsme se v hotelové restauraci jenom zastavili na oběd. Tehdy bylo nejenom jídlo nic moc, ale hlavně naprosto neprofesionální obsluha. Nyní bylo jídlo velmi dobré a v přístupu personálu bylo vidět, že je práce baví a že jí rozumí. Hotel sám o sobě má hezky vybavené pokoje, oceňujeme také dostatek úložného prostoru, na který se v řadě hotelů bohužel zapomíná.
