Historie domu je datována již od roku 1578, kdy parcela, na níž je hotel postaven, patřila velehradskému klášteru. Budova je jedinou dochovanou stavbou v renesančním slohu ve městě. V současné době hotel nabízí ubytování ve 20 pokojích a apartmánech různých velikostí s celkovou kapacitou 48 lůžek. Každý pokoj je vybaven koupelnou s vlastním sociálním zařízením, televizí se satelitním příjmem, telefonem a minibarem. V celém objektu je hostům zdarma k dispozici bezdrátové připojení k internetu. V naší restauraci si na své přijdou nejen milovníci tradičních českých pokrmů, ale i ti, kteří rádi zkouší něco nového. Recepce hotelu je otevřena nepřetržitě a poskytuje veškeré sekretářské služby včetně organizace prohlídek okolních zámků či zajištění vstupenek na různá kulturní představení.

Reception staff was very nice and helpful. rooms are well equiped and warm. Restaurant can get busy so book a table when you arrive! The food is very good. lots of noisy guests walking and talking well after midnight in the corridors. also, lots of noise from outside, with windows closed. Car parking is limited so be prepared to park down the street

Traveling from BRNO airport the hotel was easy to locate i the main square. car parking is directly in front of the hotel and dedicted with 24hr security cameras. The reception staff were very nice and couldnt have been anymore helpful. The hotel itself is very well maintained and decor fitting with the country, which makes for a pleasant change from standard coroporate hotels! Rooms are very well furnished with the heating on so was perfect after driving in very cold conditions. I chose room service and was delighted at both the meal and service provided. top marks. room prices were also extremely reasonable with breakfast included.

Hotel splňuje moje standardy a proto v tomto regionu a v tomto městě nikdy nic jiného hledat nebudu

Oproti minulé návštěvě (srpen 2010) jisté zhoršení kvality služeb - např. snídaně.
