The residence was completely renovated from 4 original bourgeois houses and was thus created an unusually complex solved in a peaceful part of the historical city center. The buildings are historically protected and their interiors preserved many original architectural features. Our designers put their big effort into combination of modern comfort with practical style solutions. Luxury living and comfortable home environment did not harm the unique historical atmosphere of the complex. Each apartment is fully equipped, including a kitchen with all amenities you may need.The residence is located right in the historic heart of the town, near the Black Tower, in sight of the square of Premysl Otakar II.

České Budějovice is a frequent destination for tourists, has many valuable historical monuments and is a natural attractive tourist center of South Bohemia. The biggest tourist attractions are concentrated in urban conservation area in the historic center (Piarist Square, Dominican monastery church of the Virgin Mary, the square of Premysl Otakar II. with the Samson fountain and city hall, the Black Tower, the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, etc.). In the city, there is also the South Bohemian Museum, Southbohemian motorcycle museum, Museum of Czech Budvar Budějovice and the Museum of energy. Nearby Budějovice lies Hluboká nad Vltavou with one of the most famous Czech castles. Significant is also the former mining town Rudolfov with a nature trail around the village and Dobrá Voda with Baroque church.

Residence At The Black Tower has 18 fully furnished apartments with a capacity of 44 beds. Their area ranges from 33 to 76 m². You can choose: - one-bedroom apartment with shower - one-bedroom apartment with bath - one-bedroom apartment with mezonet and terrace - two-bedroom apartment with mezonet and terrace All apartments have satellite TV, radio and telephone with direct dialing to the whole world. We recommend you our restaurant but if you want you can prepare all your meals yourself like at home. In the living room there are a comfortable sofa, dining area and a kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave oven, a washing-up machine and a fridge. In all apartments there is also a washing machine. Attic apartments have air conditioning.

Moc prijemny hotel. Skvele a moderne vybaveny. Poloha primo v centru mesta a pritom v klidne ulicce.

Zařízení pokojů a hygiena mě velice překvapila. V noci klid a žádný ruch z ulice, i když spíte v centru města. Trochu nevýhoda, že v zimě, když půjdu na snídani jsem nucen se teple ustrojit a naopak. Nevím jaký je přístup, když přijedu s rodinou a kočárkem? Parkování automobilu není v místě, nevadí krátká cesta, ale není jistota, že vozidlo nebude odcizeno, či poškozeno.

Vše perfektní, personál skvělý a milý.Velice srdečné a vstřícné přivítání. Jediné, co nám vadilo byl hluk z ulice, kde jezdili auta po kostkách, ale s tím nejde nic dělat. Jinak krásné město a místo s příjemnou atmosférou.Děkuji ještě jednou.Alena
