Hotel je v těsné blízkosti zámku a historického centra u malebného rybníka. Jediným nedostatkem je vysoká dopravní hlučnost, jelikož se hotel nachází přímo u křižovatky. Pokud spíte při zavřených oknech je ale hlučnost minimální.

Personál byl milý, ale jelikož je hotel na rušné křižovatce, tak byl v našem pokoji hluk a prach. Chtělo by to zavést častější úklid.

Okna hotelových pokojů jsou situována na velmi rušnou hlavní silnici a je prakticky nemožné pobývat zde s otevřenými okny, což je v letním období nesnesitelné. Velký hluk opravdu již od nočních hodin velmi obtěžuje pobyt. Dále jsme byli nespokojeni s nabídkou snídaní. Výběr, kvalita nabízených potravin... Oproti prezentaci na webových stránkách byl pokoj velmi malý, stísněný. Výhodou byla poloha hotelu - velmi blízko centra. Pravidelně jezdníme do Telče, ale tento hotel si již nezvolíme.
