Enjoy a nice view of Karlovy Vary from the Thermal Spa Hotel - we provide a total of 273 rooms (single and double rooms as well as suites, 2 double rooms are adapted to the needs of disabled guests). We offer spa treatment alongside traditional hotel services and our hotel has a unique open air thermal swimming pool which is built into a rock overlooking the city and is kept at a constant temperature of 30°C all year round. We also offer a fitness centre and sauna. The Thermal Spa Hotel is one of the largest convention facilities from the west of Prague as well. Our congress centre is an ideal venue for holding of all types congresses - from large international conferences to smaller events and a private negotiation with business partners.

The hotel is very easily accessible from the bus and train stations (10 min. walking distance) and has its own parking facilities (car park and underground garages with capacity of 300 cars). The international airport of Karlovy Vary is 5 km from the hotel, Prague Airport is 120 km (90 min. driving time).

All rooms offer ensuite facilities, phone, radio, satellite TV, fridge and a safe. Double rooms contain either 2 separate beds or one big double bed. "City View" rooms (with balconies) are available upon request for additional costs of 130 CZK per person per day.

LÁZEŇSKÝ HOTEL THERMAL – Gastronomy

Tulip Restaurant is designated to hotel guests - all the meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are served in buffet style. A selection of various sorts of coffee and delicious desserts made in the hotel confectioner´s is available in the Bon Café Lobby Bar which is also equipped with a large flat screen TV.

Pri cene pobytu si platit pripojeni k internetu me prijde v dnesni dobe navrat o 20 let zpet.

Chování personálu a většina poskytovaných služeb je na vysoké úrovni. Malý problém je s činností výtahů dle mého názoru není dostačující kapacita. ( v době našeho pobytu byl navíc jeden výtah mimo provoz a nebyl během čtyř dnů vůbec zprovozněn). Rovněž si myslím, že parkování by již mělo být buď součástí ubytování, potom tedy již zdrarma, nebo by mělo být hrazeno nějakým poplatkem při zahájení ubytování .

Mohu všem zákazníkům jen doporučit byla jsem velmi spokojena a nadšena. moc se mi líbila ta peče o zákazníky ,personál mi byl stále blízku a při ruce,mohu jen doporučit...moc děkuji za tu péči která se mi dostala :-)))

večeře v hotelové restauraci výběrem z bufetu za 250 Kč na osobu skutečně za tu cenu nestála... raději vyražte do ulic. Masáže skvělé!

Hotel Thermal ma obrovskou vyhodu v podobe termalniho bazenu, na ktery muzete dojit v pantoflich a zupanu primo z hoteloveho pokoje. Nevyhodou je stari a nemoderni vybaveni pokoju (oblozene drevene steny s vestavenymi skrinemi hodne zavaneji dobou pred revoluci...)a velmi oslapanymi koberci. Male stisnene vytahy.
