Nadherny vyhled, pekny hotel, recepce dobra, snidane OK, service OK. V pokoji spinava podlaha v koupelne s otisky bot - neumyto. Po urgovani v recepci, pokojska to umyla ale zas nam nedela zadne rucniky - opet urgovat, rucniky prisli bez toho co se dava na podlahu ale zadne mydlo. Opet zadost. Druhy den zas neumyla a nebo nevymenila sklenicky v pokoji. Byl to neprijemny pocit porad neco urgovat - treba nevedela co ma delat. Televize v pokoji nejmensi co jsme kdy videli na pokoji v hotelu a tak stara ze se u nas uz neda vubec koupit takova. (U nas je v Canade) Pokoj celkem maly ale cena byla asi za vyhled. Predrazeno

Celý personál se o nás bezvadně staral. Zažili jsme zde ty nejhezčí odpočinkové chvíle bez starostí. Všem moc děkujeme:-)

Welness pobyt v hotelu Jean de Carro byl skvělý. Přijemný a vstřícný pesonal, skvělý výhled z okna pokoje na lázeňskou kolonadu. Klidný odpočínek v Termáriu. Pokud bych měla jet zase do Karlových Varu, tak jedině do tohoto hotelu vzhledem k poměru ceny a nabízených služeb.

Bylo trošku složitější hotel najít, ale vyvážil to krásný vyhled na město, zvláště večer. Hotel je čistý, komfortní a útulný. Personál profesionální a velmi příjemný. Jediný kaz vidím na koupelně, neodpovídala čtyřem hvězdám, neodtékala voda ve sprše. Dvoulůžková postel nebyla manželská, vadil dřevěný rám uprostřed. Jinak hodnotím hotel velmi kladně.

Hotel bohuzel vypada lepe na internetu nez ve skutecnosti. Ac se personal snazil vyjit vsemozne vstric, tak nektere "drobnosti" nas od dalsiho ubytovani v tomto hotelu odrazuji. Napr. utrzeny a protacejici se drzak sprchove hlavice ve sprse, nekvalitne zasilikonovane ulozeni sprchove vanicky(cernajici okraje), Sauna ani Whirlpool neni v cene ubytovani a vstup je mozny pouze do 19:30, docela chudy vyber na snidani (tzv."svedsky stul" , ale pouze dva druhy salamu, atd.) atd. Parkovani je bez problemu, ale najit hotel na jejich ofic adrese na netu (Stezka Jean... ) je vozem nemozne. Musite zavolat na hotel a dozvedet se, ze je treba jet na Moravskou ..... U kolegy na pokoji zase neodtekala sprcha. Proste zazil jsem jiz mnohem lepsi 4* hotely za srovnatelnou cenu.
