Hotel svým vybavením a jednáním s klienty připomíná můzeum socialismu. Pokpje i ostatní prostory jsou vybaveny nábytkem z doby privatizace. První co po vás recepce žádá jsou občanské průkazy všech ubatovanách, takže nečekejte nějaké soukromí. Co je velmi překvapivé a z mého pohledu nehorázné je požadavek na platbu předem, jako podmínka ubytování. Chcete - li platit až druhý den ráno , musíte při příjezdu sdělit recepci číslo své kreditní karty, jinak Vás neubytují. Neuvěřitelné, ale je to tak.

Vybavení hotelu neodpovídá požadované účtované ceně ve srovnání s podobnými hotely, kde lze stejný standard obdržet za poloviční cenu. Snídaně formou švédského stolu je poněkud chudá na výběr. Parkování a přístup personálu je uspokojivý.
