Pokoj a sociální zařízení byly na dobré úrovni. TV a set-box, včetně ovládače nefungovaly!

Recepční se k nám chovala mile ,zprávnej Dobrý den měla jsem obědnaný Hotel Claris přes rezerve chtěly jsme kuřácký Hotel , když jsme přijely do Hotelu tak jsme zjistily že Hotel je nekuřácký takže pěkný mínus.
