zachovalý a udržovaný "retro"hotel. Moc pěkný hotelový areál, který nabízí velkou spoustu sportovního vyžití. Profesionální služby balneo provozu, překvapila nás kavárna, ta je opravdu retro, se současnými cenami... Trochu chaotická obsluha v restauraci, zde si dovolím říci, že někdy méně, může znamenat více. V jeden okamžik 8 číšníků bylo opravdu mnoho .... Jinak ale hodnotíme velmi kladně

I přesto, že jsme cestu uskutečnili mimo sezónu, byly nám plně poskytnuty veškeré služby, které jsme měli zaplaceny v rámci našeho balíčku. S ubytováním i s personálem jsme byli velmi spokojeni.

Skvělý pobyt, vřele doporučuji. O malé 9-ti měsíční děcko se nám postarali skvěle, ostatní taky báječné.

S pobytem jsme byli velmi spokojeni, zařízení hotelu pro rehabilitaci je na špičkové úrovni. Přístup personálu byl velmi vstřícný a všichni se nám snažili pobyt zpříjemnit. V.J.

Personál milý, příjemný, vstřícný k našim prosbám a požadavkům. Wellnes služby kvalitní, jen objednávání jednotlivých procedur bylo zdlouhavé čekáním a velkou vytížeností personálu. Základní vybavení pro malé děti dostačující (postýlka, jídelní židličky,příbory, dětské menu) Dětský koutek by jistě nebyl špatný, ale my to zvládli bez něj :-)
