Pěkný hotel - dříve Arnika na Labské - blízko sjezdovky mimo hlavní návaly ve Špindlu. Skvělé místo. Výborně vaří. V době jarních prázdnin byl hotel plný - nezvládnutá logistika při snídaních a večeřích - nebyly volné stoly, velký hluk, atd... Já bych otevřela ještě druhou restauraci (u snídaní)... Na pokojích superior jsme měli mít župany - nebyly dodány ani po dvou stížnostech - prý je nedovezla čistírna.

Velice kladně hodnotím,že se v hotelu nekouří,vstřícný a ochotný personál. Nemám žádné výtky.

Nádhera, pobyt předčil naše očekávání... Při večerním bufetu nám chyběla zmrzlina... bylo málo druhů masa... a dokonce 2x se nám stalo, že maso bylo cítit, rozhodně nebylo čerstvé...

Velmi kvalitni hotel, vynikajici sluzby, vlidny personal, dobre parkovani, uzky vyber stejnych jidel v restauraci (bydlel jsem 4 dny), ceny vyssi.
